Prices & assumptions
Prices are the plans that apply when RoundUp opens to all centers on January 1, 2027. The Everything bundle covers up to 75 children at one location and includes Base, Tuition & Payments, Funding & Food Program, Family Engagement+ and Staff & HR, the parts these savings come from. A center with 76–150 children adds the Large Center step ($516/yr); 151 or more adds two ($1,032/yr). Programs of up to 20 children can use Starter ($504/yr). Year one may also carry the one-time $499 Standard Setup fee; see roundupece.com/pricing for when it's waived. Assumptions: the hours, the $30/hr rate, the terminal rental and the paper cost are our estimates, not measurements. RoundUp has no paying customer centers yet, so nothing here is a customer result.
